Climbing Training

Abseiling Adventures
Abseiling is great fun and surprisingly easy. We do not set any age limit although children under 16 need to be accompanied. There are lots of ways to start abseiling. Anyone can abseil - all you need is the inclination.

Start at the beginning -
these consist of a short instructional session at the beginning of the day. We then spend the rest of the day embarking on an adventurous expedition using abseiling. This may be abseiling down a series of cliffs beside the Three Sisters in the Blue Mountains, abseiling into a natural underground chimney to explore a cave or following a creek through a canyon and abseiling over the waterfalls. Either way, there are numerous trips available for absolute beginners as well as more advanced trips for those with previous experience. The guides will be there to check and encourage you at all times so you can lean back with confidence and thoroughly enjoy the exhilaration of abseiling.

Mountain Bike Excursions
Mountain biking combines the freedom of cycling, the thrilling challenge of dynamic terrain and the opportunity to experience bushland areas free of traffic. Trekking and bushwalking
Nothing compares to being out in a wilderness. At Outland, we can take to places where only the few have ever adventured. Our policy is very much ‘leave only footprints behind’ – respecting the environment and the conditions. With access to many National Parks, wilderness environments and private property, our guided trips can take you from a three-hour experience to over two days.
In Australia, The Blue Mountains National Park and surrounding areas offer fantastic adventure trekking.
We recommend certain levels of fitness for our various trips, this enables our clients to enjoy the experience. Quality footwear, wet – weather equipment, a day pack, water, camera, hat and sun-cream and a warm top.
We have listed a few of our favorite walks; more info can be obtained from Outland on all these walks plus others.
